We’re currently a team of passionate and hardworking individuals that strive to produce the best results and experience to our customers. We do our best to answer every call, reply to every message, and give our undivided attention to every customer that trusts us with their vehicle. Sometimes we’ll miss a call or take a little longer to respond, but every day we get better.

Wink Car Detailing started back in 2022 after I (Hamza) bought my first ever luxury car while running my Solar Business. As much as he was busy in the business, he loves his car so much and often getting it washed 3 to 4 times in a week. Once I had a meeting to attend and the endless wait at carwash made me late to my meeting.

That’s how Wink Car Detailing comes up to a picture where our focus is to provide the time freedom to all the car owners out there who are juggling between many things in life at once and car is one of their priorities.

Hamza, The Guy That Does Everything

Hamza started his business like many others; he wanted to take care of his personal vehicle, a 2016 Jaguar F-pace.

Hamza is energetic and passionate businessman and as much as he loves his car Melbourne weather was making him wash his car almost every second day. I value my time and hates to waste every time I had to wait for car wash.

Thus, the idea to start a detailing business was born. He loves the idea of business especially when it’s solving some problem, and guess what, this time it was his own problem. Aside from this he does inspire many young people and encourage them to start their own business. As he always like to say, “Mind your Own Business”. He helps in customer relationships, focus on business growth, and innovate the business.

Usman, The Guy That Also Does Everything

Usman has always been a car guy since he was in high school. He’d hang out with friends to talk cars, fix cars, and yes, to clean cars. It was the natural progression for him to start with wink.

As Usman likes to say, “He’s YouTube certified”. He’s spent countless hours learning, asking, and implementing the advice he’s received from many detailers across the world to master his craft. He spent many hours learning and practicing on his own vehicle. Once he started driving around with a clean and glossy vehicle, his friends and family members started to ask if he could do the same for their vehicle.

Early in 2022, Usman decided to join with the Wink Car Detailing brand.

Usman is Director of Operations where his focus is to make sure the customers are happy, and the operations are moving smoothly. While he works on training every partner who join Wink Car Detailing Franchisee.

One of the best things about detailing is all those reactions we get from customers after we have thoroughly cleaned and detailed their vehicles.
A lot of times customers think there’s nooo way we are able to make something look better. Then a few hours later, they are amazed by what we are able to deliver.
We have that goal for each customer we interact with. be it a routine cleaning or a more comprehensive transformation. Our aim is to consistently deliver not just impressive results but an overall amazing experience.
